Butterfly Project Fund, Inc.

The Butterfly Project Fund is a charitable, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It was established to provide scholarships for individuals residing in Fairfield County Connecticut. The goal of the Butterfly Project Fund is to host events in and around Fairfield County in which members of the community can participate and show their talents. The proceeds from these events will fund the scholarships offered by the Butterfly Project Fund.
The Butterfly Project Fund was inspired by both my mother and my daughter. The concept is due to my mother who was determined to achieve academic excellence regardless of the obstacles before her. The name "Butterfly" represents my daughter who, at the establishment of the organization (her 13th birthday), was still in the caterpillar stage of her transformation. But, like the caterpillar, she was destined to transform into something more beautiful than she already was.
